The DSB app serves as an essential tool for travelers, providing access to tickets, commuter cards, and real-time traffic updates.

Within the DSB app, users can conveniently purchase Orange tickets or opt for a commuter card. The app also facilitates the Check in feature, which allows users to view current traffic conditions and departures. Additionally, the option to purchase a seat reservation for trips enhances the travel experience.

The app offers a variety of affordable Orange and Orange Free tickets across numerous departures, making it easier for users to find cost-effective travel solutions.

Check in represents a new digital ticketing option priced similarly to a personal Rejsekort. This feature is designed for those needing immediate travel solutions. Users can simply swipe before boarding to travel on all public transport in Zealand, Funen, and Jutland. The system automatically checks users out or provides reminders for this process.

Purchasing tickets or utilizing Check in through the app allows users to accumulate points that can be redeemed at 7-Eleven located at the station. To take advantage of this feature, users must be logged into their DSB Plus profile and agree to the terms regarding points accumulation. It is important to note that part of the journey must involve DSB trains when checking in.

The app also supports the purchasing, renewal, and refunding of commuter cards and allows for youth card delivery directly within the application, provided it is issued by DSB.

Should any issues arise while using the app, customer support is available at 70 13 14 15 daily from 7 AM to 8 PM.
